Jetplane is a community-driven DAO. We are gathering entrepreneurs and supplying them with the resources they need to build the next generation of web3 projects. Unlike traditional startup accelerators and incubators, Jetplane members, or “Officers” can leverage the community to help their ideas take flight.
Officers hold a designated rank within their commissioned squadron that inform their access, role and rewards within the squadron. Officers may be promoted by either outstanding performance or dedication to the cause. Squadrons are subsections (sub-DAO’s) of Jetplane focused on a particular area of Web3, Crypto or NFT’s.
The purpose of each squadron is to democratically allocate and grow the bundle of resources assigned to it. The investments and projects must be in alignment with their mission parameters – each squadron has a different aspect of Web3 to focus on.
The primary capital pool is initially funded by the sale of the Officer Cadet and Wing Commander tokens, as missions return the fund will grow organically and revenue is acquired and redistributed via a number of methods.
Benefits and value are returned to the officers through a wide array of mechanisms that will be declassified over time.
